Anti-racism Book Study: A People's History of the United States

While some of the revelations contained within this classic by Howard Zinn have become familiar since the nearly 35 years after it was published , it remains an astonishing and eye-opening read. Several revisions later, it remains a seminal work, in stark contrast to the whitewashed (pun intended) American history most of us learned by rote in school.

We will talk specifically about the first 3 chapters and the last 3 chapters to take another look at some older history and more updated history as well. It is a very different look at history than most of us learned in school. We hope you will join us in the session room for this conversation.
