NEAR-II: The Character of God and God’s Mission

Join the San Jose Presbytery at the First Presbyterian Church of Mountain View for a conversation with The Rev. Dr. Mark Labberton, President Emeritus of Fuller Theological Seminary. The the focus will be on God’s Mission and Character and the Church’s Witness.  and the commissioning of CRE Tim Parmentier (Trinity, San Jose).

  • Keynote conversation with Fuller Seminary’s President Emeritus, Mark Labberton, on the character of God and God’s mission.

  • A panel discussion with representatives of local ministry partners from each county of the presbytery.

  • Breakfast and Lunch will be catered and served al fresco in the church courtyard.

  • Lunchtime will also feature a Mission Fair: a limited number of tables will be available for congregational mission projects and the presbytery’s affiliated nonprofits.
