Join Tjitske Postma for a meditative hike amidst the wildlife and gorgeous views of Fremont Older Open Space Preserve. Every first Thursday of the month we gather at 8:20 for a poem after which everyone can enjoy the park in a gentle, reflective, silence for about 70 minutes. Tjitske will walk about 3 miles and you are welcome to join her or find your own trail. There will be a short gathering at the end where a reflection is invited.

ABOUT TJITSKE

Tjitske was born and raised in The Netherlands and has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Health Sciences and worked in several health related project management jobs in the Netherlands. Since being in the US Tjitske has found different spiritual communities to be a part of professionally and personally. She is a newly trained Interfaith Spiritual Director, works as the Office Manager for Westhope and works as the administrator for the Contemplative Center of Silicon Valley.
